Notice on Exit from Malaysian Markets

Dear valued clients,

We wanted to share an important update regarding our company’s operations that will impact our valued clients in Malaysia. Zeal Group has made a difficult decision to exit Malaysia markets and will be communicating the procedure and assisting with the steps to wind down and manage positions accordingly.

Existing Users:

From 31st December 2023 at 23:59:59 (server time) existing Malaysian clients will no longer be able to make new deposits or enter new contracts for all products. Clients should take the necessary steps to wind down and manage their positions. After 31st December 2023, any open positions will be liquidated, and liquidated funds will be available for withdrawal.

New users:

From September 8, 2023, we will no longer be onboarding new clients from Malaysia. This includes residents of Malaysia and existing Malaysian nationals residing within the country.

We want to express our deepest gratitude for your trust and loyalty. Your support has been instrumental in our success, and we remain dedicated to serving your trading needs with the utmost professionalism and integrity until the timeline mentioned above. We will continue supporting all other regions and expand to new territories. Thank you once again for choosing us as your trading partner.
