ZEAL CAPITAL LIMITED – IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

It has come to the attention of Zeal Capital (Seychelles) Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, collectively the “Group”), on 16th December 2020 some unknown parties have conducted illegal activities through the false use of the “Zeal Capital Limited ZFX” brand and the name of the Group by sending out falsify SMS using the name of “ZFX” (hereinafter referred to as the “falsify SMS”).

For the avoidance of misleading clients and Introducing Broker of the Company, the Company would like to clarify and make a declaration that: 

1.  Among the SMS sent out by the Group, only “ZFX” in name is “Zeal Capital Limited (ZFX)”. Disregarding this announcement, the Group has never sent out any SMS in the name of “ZFX”, nor has it authorized any entity or individual to send any SMS in the above names either. 

      2.  After investigation, the falsify SMS was sent by one of our IB without the Group consent. The company has already terminated all cooperation with the IB.  

      3.  The Group has always pursued the principle of fair competition and will never do anything to discredit other platforms. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused towards our clients and competitors. 

The Company will closely monitor and strictly condemns such behaviours, and hereby reserves all its legal rights.
