Broker 

A broker is a person or a company that acts as an intermediary between an investor and a stock exchange.


Since exchanges only accept orders from individuals or companies that are members of this exchange, individual traders and investors require the services of exchange members. this service and are compensated in various ways, either through commissions, fees or out of pocket payments.

Broker Regulation

The broker must use reasonable efforts to obtain information about the client’s financial condition, tax status, investment objectives and other information that will be used in making a recommendation (SEC) as Registered Investment Advisers (RIA). , RIAs are subject to a strict fiduciary standard to always act in the best interests of the customer while fully disclosing their tariffs.
