GLOSSARY

Shares CFDs

Shares CFDs or Stock CFDs are shares in the form of CFDs (Contract for Differences), which are traded in the form of contracts. The trading price is based on the Underlying Asset (common stock). Investors who buy CFDs are not considered to own the Company’s common stock. Therefore, it only receives returns in the form of Capital Gain.

The advantage of Shares CFDs is that buying shares in this form costs less than buying real shares(Cash Market), easy to trade and can trade both Long and Short.

Shares CFDs are not purchases of company common stock. Therefore, there is no right to vote at the shareholders’ meeting or the right to receive any company’s dividend. And trading CFDs involves maintaining a sufficient level of margin to hold a position. Therefore, an additional margin call may occur if the price moves in the opposite direction of the investor’s position.
